iRacing IMSA Season 3

Welcome back to season 3 of RCIs IMSA Series, this season we will be trialling a new calendar idea by following the calendar from the official iRacing A class IMSA season!

CALENDAR

We will use the following tracks and layouts:

• Daytona - Road Course
• Road America - Full Course
• Monza - Grand Prix
• Long Beach
• Le Mans - 24 Heures du Mans
• Algarve - Grand Prix
• Spa - Endurance

Please note that all tracks and cars are additional paid content. You are only required to purchase the car that you are using for the series but must ensure that all cars are downloaded.

RACE FORMAT

For each race weekend there will be a 50 minute practice session, a 10 minute solo qualifying session with 2 laps, and a 60 minute race.

We will be using the iRacing penalty system with 17x required for the first penalty, then an additional 8x required for each following penalty. There will be no DQ limit of incident points. Additionally incidents should be reported through the post race stewarding system and time penalties will be applied for these in all classes.

This season will be fully broadcast on the RCI TV YouTube channel so be sure to follow along!
