Description
Whilst I was waiting for the other cars to go on the Luffield sector , like they were all doing in front of me, (coming on to the old start finish straight) car #848 pushed past and caused me to abandon my lap otherwise I'd have been at fault for not giving the space

RI - #991 leaves an unnecessarily large gap in front, holding up the cars behind. No rule against passing another car while both on outlaps, especially when such a big gap is left to the cars in front (If there even are cars in front because none are visible)
